The Pusteria Valley Bike Path is an absolute must during a bicycle holiday in South Tyrol. It leads 61 km from Vandoies to Lienz in East Tyrol. The special thing about the relaxed valley section is that you may rent bikes at the train stations along the route and then take the train back at the end of your tour. If you wish to ride your mountain bike beyond the Pusteria Valley, the exciting tour from San Vigilio to the Plan de Corones (2,275 m) is your perfect option. This route was part of the Giro d’Italia cycle tour for several times and offers you an awe-inspiring panoramic view from the summit.

You could start right from our farm and enjoy a leisurely family tour around the village of Terento: It is approx. 9 km long and takes you over 300 altitude meters around the village. The tour takes approx. 1 hour – even younger riders won’t get bored, there is a lot to marvel at along the way and there are many family-friendly rest points. Would you like to go higher during your bike holiday in South Tyrol? Then make your way to the Pertinger Alm (1,850 m). The route is 8.7 km long and takes you from Terento through dense forest up to the alpine pastures. At the top you may combine cycling with mountain hiking and walk 3.7 km to Am Joch (2,405 m) and enjoy the wonderful view.
